+llabnip
I plugged this in with my 800XL supply and just the RF output and it seems to work fine. All keys responsive. Exactly as shown in the pics - I got this at a yard sale some decades ago and I have no spare cords/power to send with it. Asking US$75 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 USA and PayPal only. I've got 1000+ all-positive feedback on eBay but don't use that service anymore. Please send Message via AtariAge. I'm an honest seller and appreciate honest buyers. I expect this unit is fully functional based on my quick test - but if this unit doesn't work for you when it arrives, I'll refund half the price. +llabnip
Nothing left on the A800 front. Slowly pairing down my pickups over the years - it’s less about the money and more about getting the hardware into hands that will use it. As I’ve gotten older I’m finding all these “someday” projects are getting less and less likely! I am keeping a few representative systems. I just don’t need a half dozen backup units … one to play and 1 or 2 backups of anything should be enough.
taxman
I hear you. As I start to age, I don't like the thought of my children getting stuck with all my extra junk. They don't appreciate it as much as I do. Maybe as our group gets older we can refer to this website as Atari Aging.
Appeelicious
That's how I ended up in retro computing and why I love helping kids program with these old beauties
