Atari Jaguar Homebrew Games Released/Completed/WIP in 2023

 

Below is a list of all the Atari Jaguar homebrew games that have either been physically released, completed or have released an updated WIP in 2023. Please let me know if there are any missing or inaccurate entries. Note: Games are only added to this list if there is a playable binary or video of the game.

  • Demo: Not the full game. Limited either by levels, time, lives or in some other way
  • Video Only: No public binary has ever been posted of the game.
  • Completed: The date the game was declared 'Completed', 'Done' or 'Finished'
  • Dates listed are in relation to the Pacific Time Zone
  • Games that are described as 'Proof of Concept', 'Not A Game', 'Experiment' etc.. will not be listed here

Thanks you @ZeroPage Homebrew for including my games.

For your information, Blackhole Reignited is not really a port, it's just a ols Jagaur prototype of mine that I resurrected, and witched from the SebRMW librairies and toolkit (GCC on Linux) to JagStudio for more convenience. But it was an Atari Jaguar game and is still an Atari Jaguar game. Of course,it is not that original, and I guess many games in the past had the same gameplay/feeling. But I did not took 1 as example or back-engeneering. I just made my own game.

Thank you for the additional information, I've updated the listing. It's definitely not a port if it's a continuation of the same game. 🙂
