Is AtariAge/Albert the only choice I have to make physical DPC+ carts of my game for sale?

So do I need to go through Albert or is there someone else? Or can I harvest Pitfall ][ cartridges and burn my own ROMS and that'll work? I'm fine with Albert doing it if he's the one I needs to contact. I sent him a message let's see if he answers.

You cannot use a Pitfall ][ cartridge board to run a DPC+ based game. 

 

The chip inside the Pitfall ][ cartridge is DPC, NOT DPC+.   DPC+ is based on DPC, but utilizes an ARM chip that emulates and expands upon the DPC chip with more/different features and the ability to execute ARM code support.
