atariagerocks
It looks like Game Gear cartridge cases (genuine or repro) are hard to find even on eBay. Is there a good source for them? Also need Gameboy and GBA cartridge cases but they seem easier to find.
+Psionic
Keep in mind that the Majesco era GG releases in North America were sold without them, so there were always more cartridges in circulation than cases. I remember buying a small batch of some extra ones from Sega way back when they had them but I'm not aware of an aftermarket source for them in quantity nowadays. eBay and the like are probably your best bet.

Video
They make new cases for dmg, and even gba (the gba ones I get do Nintendo proud, despite never existing bitd) game gear just never was as popular, but I'd still find it hard to believe somebody doesn't make a modern case.

+jgkspsx
The going price was about $1.25 per case last year and was creeping up towards $2. I usually paid $1 or less per case when I was trying to get cases for all my games. But $5 per case is utterly obscene. You would be better off buying cartridges in bulk and selling them loose.
