lucienEn Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 (edited) I ordered a Harmony cart a week ago at http://harmony.atariage.com/Site/Order.html but only got PayPal email that I paid. I tried to email ErstWhile technologies but no response. Is this right company or should I ask PayPal for refund? Note I am in the US and according to FAQ I should have gotten email info.
