crash
Hi, I've almost finished installing Windows 10 on my VCS m.2 SSD, and found drivers for most of the unknown devices using the AMD Adrenaline driver tool, but there is still one device without a driver that I can't identify. It is called: Multimedia Controller Does anyone know what this is or what drivers to use? Thanks

crash
That's the problem. It doesn't say what it is so I couldn't look up the correct driver for it and Windows update failed to recognize it. Based on it's device details: pci\ven_1022&DEV_15E2&SUBSYS_15E21022&REV_00 Searching here: https://devicehunt.com/view/type/pci/vendor/1022/device/15E2 It is an AMD ACP/ACP3X/ACP6x Audio Coprocessor The official driver package may be this one, but I am not going to reinstall windows to find out, since I have a working install: https://www.amd.com/en/support/embedded/amd-ryzen-embedded-r-series-processors/r-series-r1000-radeon-vega-graphics I found one set of drivers on a random site that worked, before finding the link above, so try this one if the first doesn't work. https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOUND-CARD/OTHER-SOUNDCARDS/ASUS-AMD-Audio-CoProcessor-Driver-6-0-0-48-for-Windows-10-version-21H2-64-bit.shtml 21c93543-8ed8-4c56-9a95-c4c6a6f0974a_6f13224ec1d3c5f2c7c833c3d28c9ddca161180b.cab Without a driver it identifies as Multimedia controller, but it is actually an AMD Audio CoProcessor and it is pretty important since my audio was stuttering horribly without it. Cheers!
+Gemintronic
I used DriverPack to find and install missing drivers, https://driverpack.io/en I then used Double Driver to back up the drivers to my install USB stick https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/double_driver.html Because I'm paranoid I then installed Windows 10 clean again and fed it those backed up drivers 😛
