"Old Woman" camped in mountains in HFW?

Hey, fairly early on in the game, I was just randomly exploring somewhere in the East end of the map, and I stumbled across and "old woman" camped in the mountains.  There were no dialog choices, just a "information" box that said "Old Woman".  A little bit of canvas held up by sticks, maybe a few other camp-like details.  It was amongst some trees, and I'm pretty sure it was not simply alongside of a path, but rather a little bit off the beaten path, along the side of a mountain or hill.

 

I didn't know how to make screen shots at the time, so I just sorta moved on, but now that I'm near the end of the game, I've been trying to find her again, and I can't.  Anybody else ever encounter this?

Sounds interesting. Usually in situations like that I will take a pic with my phone. I've found that sometimes you arent allowed to do screenshots.
