Ok. Something isn't right. School girl in a short dress (supposedly bought) the item for 199.00 but no buyer is listed. Then a special auction for the same item (she?) buys from the same seller for 999.95? Again, no buyer listed. Is (she?) gaming the system by having fake auction buys? Is (she?) in cohoots with the seller? Anyway she has an auction for the CB cartridge at 3999.00 and then I get this in my email? This is a cartridge she has been trying to sell for a year? Anyone wish to surmise on what the heck (she?) is up to?

I dont see anything that looks like she purchased it for $200.  It looks like it sold,  A message informing the seler that She would pay $1000 was sent,  The seller re-negs on the sale and sells to her for 1K.

Yes, she already has one for sale or 4K and sent you an offer.

Apparently, that individual was trying to negotiate a side deal with the seller but was unable to do so and someone else ended up purchasing it the second time.  I'll let the actual buyer step forward on his own if he chooses.  But either way, a certain person in a dress did not end up with the item.

I am that other party.
I stumbled upon the school girl special auction early morning and messaged the guy asking if I could buy.
he said she was dragging him along on it and said if I wanted to buy go ahead.
I have about 400 CIB Atari in my collection but nothing like this.
wanted to wait until it showed up which it did today.

I might trade at some point for more stuff I want for personal collection but right now it’s a cool centerpiece for my collection.

the guy is a big old pc guy. He buys out old repair shops in Ohio and other states and sells that stuff. He got this 10 years ago from an old tv pc repair shop that closed down.

I'm glad you ended up with instead of our gender-bending friend.  Although I wonder who the original buyer was who got screwed out of that initial $199 Buy It Now.  Had there been no interference, that would've been quite the steal.

The seller had a 10% off coupon so ended up $895 which still was a good deal and at least in hand of a collector.

I am down to 8 cib Atari 5200 games when I get to the last 2 or 3 this might go up to finish up that set and get me a few other mid range games too.
