Spectre GCR Schematic -> PCB

So I stumbled upon the original Spectre GCR schematic today. Anyone have the skills to convert this to a PCB?

However, there's a PAL16R4 in the design.

If you don't have the Jedec-file for this, a PCB will not work.

Having the part would mean that only the amount of parts determines the number of units.

And it's an R type, for registerd. These are almost impossible to "clone" without the Jedec file or the design.

That's the source I used to re-build the circuit card. I just can't get the software working right now.
