I need someone to video a walkthrough of programming a m27c512 eprom or equivalent to show how to program all 4 16kb slots on the FLip the slots are called devices 1 2 3 4 I can program a 16kb game on number 1 device but number 2 device come out device not available i set the address for no. 2 at 4000 and no. one was set to 0000 only no. 1 programmed working on this for 3+days now PLEASE HELP PS The software or user manual for this programmer does not help me at all ,I'VE LOOKED ON YOUTUBE AND all i see is them having the same problem. Any one out there that uses the tl6866ii and knows how to burn the 4 slots on the m27c512 or just the 27c512 type chip PLEASE HELP .IM IN FOR OVER A BUCK IN COST THINKING THE INSTRUCTIONS WOULD BE SUFFICEENT!!!!
