Speech Synthesiser Label

Could someone confirm where on the Speech unit the warning label should be please?

 

I have a unit where it's been stuck on the back, but my memory (flaky after nearly 40 years) seems to recall it being inside the unit under the lid (which the description on the label seems to suggest as well)

 

(Not sure whether to fix it to my new unit or just leave in the box)

Ok, so it covers the actual slot door on delivery.

@arcadeshopper or others, how common are these? I have two speech synthesizer units, neither came with one.

I'd actually kind of like to have one "just because".

They were included in the box so most of them were tossed with the box

Keep that quiet, otherwise the WATA types will add a couple of grand to their appraisals for units which still have the label.
