Ha, no , there's no code to enable blood mode. There weren't enough bytes left for that but the bit of blood you do see happens when a Morg kills the Schooner. I don't even know why though because the Schooner's a remote robotic device, so technically there should be sparks and it looks like the Morgs are suffering with Pica.
