oky2000 Posted May 5 Share Posted May 5 There is a news item in Popular Computing Weekly magazine (1984) that pronounced sales of C64 AND VIC-20 were outselling ZX81 and ZX Spectrum games. I don't have the page scan any more (HD on old PC is long gone and they were stored on my desktop after trawling through hundreds of weekly magazines for research). Looking at prices for mid-late 1984 in the discount high street retailer in the UK known as Argos was quite revealing.
