Atari 2600 Joystick to Odyssey 2 adapters are now available.

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,  I felt like the older post I was asking more of a question, might have created confusion.  I have working / tested Odyssey 2 adapter cables now available.  I have enough to make 5 more pairs if anyone wants them.  Just PM me or reply here and I'll let you know.   If I run out it's ok I can put you on a short backlist and let you know.  I just try to not have a bunch of unused stuff laying around..  (I have too much of that already! :) )

NOTE: this is only tested with actual 2600 compatible joysticks.   I tested several different sega controllers and had odd results.  In the video I mention these would work with it, but I should have tested before I said that, which was an assumption on my part.

its $25 for a pair of them with O2 KC Munchkin Face  on them to distinguish them from my Intellivision Flashback Adapter

These are for the flashback of course..  :)   but just imagine KC on there instead and wired correctly for O2.. heh

Thanks,

Caleb

P.S. I'm excited to be able to start work soon on the Wired adapter kit..  I have a wired O2 system now to test against.  This will be a kit that gives wired systems make DB9 ports out the back + enclosure to put around your now untethered O2 controllers to become useable both with your system AND existing systems that have removeable controllers.
