We're a few weeks into Season 14, but you can join at any time. https://forums.atariage.com/forum/59-2600-high-score-club/ If you're looking for world record type scores, they are recorded on Twin Galaxies. Or with a PlusCart (see folder "Public ROMs/PlusROMs/High Score Club"). The ROM-file can also be played with Gopher2600, or the newest version of Stella.
