Cousin Vinnie
Tailchao was a great interview. I thought I knew everything about Rikki &Vikki, but alas, I was just a babe. Thanks for the interview! 4

+sramirez2008
Nice interview. What a commitment. I did not realize that it took 4 years to complete the game. Hard to believe that other than the AA Homebrew Awards, no one’s really reached out to Osman for an interview. Glad you guys did.
Silver Back
Osman was an incredibly nice guy and I wish he was able to make more games for the 7800 but I understand why Rikki and Vikki might be his only effort. I'm also surprised that nobody has taken up his offer to utilize his resources that he made available. Also I know we fawned over him and his game quite a bit but everybody whos been putting out games on the 7800 has been doing an incredible job. This community is awesome and I'm glad I get to enjoy the fruits of everybody's hard work!

+x=usr(1536)
This really was an excellent interview. @Cousin Vinnie & @Silver Back, thanks for putting it together - and thanks also to @TailChao for the insight into the development process behind the game! All I can say is that that's serious dedication, and it shows. 3
Clint Thompson
Great interview, thanks for this. Truly is the best 7800 game ever, these guys did a straight bang up job. Really a shame it didn't do well but not sure what that means when we're talking about a homebrew game in general on the 7800 at that.
+Karl G
That was a fun interview to watch. It was interesting hearing some of the development backstory and influences on the game.

I think the best thing that could happen is a ton of people purchase it on steam and support him as much as possible and maybe we'll get something in the future... Or maybe somebody gets with him and works with him on a project because he's more than willing to communicate with the community (he said he's willing to talk to just about anybody but nobody asks)😜

JagChris
Its a little baffling to.me why he has little Interest in other publishers taking it over. He seemed to misjudge how fast he would recoupe his losses but why not make more money off it. Same with Zaku. But to each their own I guess. It apparently took a long time for him to sell through his run of cartridges. It seems like only when they were finally sold out that there was such a huge interest in getting the game again, in the case of wanting what you can't have. I'm sure if another publisher made a second run of cartridges, a decent number would sell, but I would doubt it would be as much as the first run even. It is a good game, but there are only so many people with working 7800 systems with the means to buy the game to begin with, and most of those people got it on the first run, I'm sure.
