thedocbwarren
I seem to remember there was a screen tool or auto folder loader that interlaced medium resolution to simulate 400 lines. I know of the mono-emulator. Looking for what that was. Overall I'd like to try this on my Mega STe, wish TOS has shorter icons and not stretched and would like the low/high aspect ratio. marakatti
Hi, maybe this one? http://www.atarimania.com/utility-atari-st-ste-double-height-emulator_34222.html
thedocbwarren
I think thats it. It seems to work when in the auto folder and doubles the lines. Edited September 23, 2023 by thedocbwarren
marakatti
Yeah I've used it from time to time. Doesn't unfortunately give full monochrome compatibility as most apps seem to think they run in some incompatible graphics card mode despite pixels being in 640x400. Some work great like ImageCopy. Also works with monochrome monitors providing 640x800 resolution.
