Porkchop
I have an Atari 520 STFM with a c070523 Rev D board that has video ghosting when using RGB video through a SCART cable and converter to HDMI video. The video is so bad that it is hard to read file names using the desktop. The video is OK when using RF. I have already re-caped the power supply and the caps on the main board test good using an ESR meter (with the caps in place on the board). Has anyone run into this before? Should I re-cap the main board even though the caps test ok? The video converter work fine with other computers. TGB1718
Could be due to poor shielding in the SCART cable. Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/355677-atari-520-stfm-c070523-001-rev-d-board-bad-video-ghosting/#findComment-5333024 Share on other sites
