PeterG
Just a quick note to mention this year's Jagfest. There is not much talk about it here but it's really an awesome event for fans of this (and other systems). I took my nephew with me this year and unfortunately we were pretty late but it was really nice to be there again and see so many familiar faces and also some new ones. Had the pleasure to check out some new stuff on the Jag too, so that is awesome. There was a version of Jumping at shadows on display and also the new pirate themed game which name eludes me right now. As usual there was a checkered flag on lynx multiplayer competition and a mario kart one and there were all kinds of things to check out left and right. And even an awesome jaguar cake:D. Thanks to Björn for organising this again and already looking forward to next year. Also, how was it on Sunday? 11 1 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/355913-e-jagfest-2023/ Share on other sites

sirlynxalot
Awesome, love the cake. Was hoping it would include the Jag CD. Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/355913-e-jagfest-2023/#findComment-5336661 Share on other sites
Isgoed
We can make fun of that cake, but let's be serious It looks like they put some effort in making that cake, all the details are there, very nice. Years ago we had a few times a Atari-day in Holland, and I can imagine that an E-Jagfest event is just as much fun! 2 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/355913-e-jagfest-2023/#findComment-5336786 Share on other sites

We butchered it BUT we didn't dare to touch and eat the pro controller. Too expensive (and the cake was actually real good, congrats to whoever baked it!) Ninjabba
I sneakily ate a whole chunk of the casing, it was delicious! 1 3 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/355913-e-jagfest-2023/#findComment-5336814 Share on other sites
Johannes
Yeah the cake was a highlight - had problems to keep my three sons away from it! But others to mention as well, WyvernTales Gaidan, RED and what caught me instantly was Jumping on Shadows for the Jag. Impressive Gameplay and effects! Can't wait to play it! 3 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/355913-e-jagfest-2023/#findComment-5336824 Share on other sites
agradeneu
It was a great time! I was happy to finally meet fellow Lynx devs Lordkraken, Ninjabba, Fadest, Karri and McWill in person. In the end there was too little time to check out all cool projects properly. There was a lot of stuff to see. The feedback by fans was great. Thanks to the organizers that made the event happen and especially all people that visited! Cheers!
