While looking for an EPROM eraser I found this...

Now that I have an EPROM programmer and some EPROMs, I would looking for an eraser.  I found another possible programmer at Andromeda Labs EPROM programmer.  it claims to work with "older devices" and is not dependent on Windows.  It uses a boot CD, so it can work with an "old" PC.

Their eraser can be found here.  I am going to call them in the morning to see about ordering one.

I've got one as well. Just need to open a window to let the ozone out!

I finally called Andromeda Research to enquire about their eraser, but he said they no longer sell it.  Bought this one from E-Bay, similar to the one that OLD CS1 and stuart recommended.  It is from GQ Electronics, and E-Bay says they are 400 miles from me; better than having it shipped all the way from China.

I got one of those from Amazon. It feels very cheap, but it gets the job done. The times on the dial are 10's of minutes.

I use one that is a bit of a beast, although I got one for quite a bit less than they seem to be going for now.

I like it!  Beefy, like equipment should be, but I blanched at the prices I saw today.

Since we are talking about UV erasers, I once used a toothbrush UV sanitizer.  I didn't have an EPROM UV eraser at the time, and decided to try my luck with my sanitizer.  Works like a charm.

Same one I've got for now. Cheap as heck, but does the job.
