Rickster8
I played lastnight vs Blockhead and had this very funny hand played against him... Sometimes when playing 5 card draw and I have a small pair with a high kicker card like and Ace / King or a Queen I will keep that card in hopes of getting a high two pair. Well in this hand I had a pair of 5's and an Ace kicker so I kept the 5's and the Ace only drawing 2 cards. (It also gives the illusion that I have 3 of a kind). I drew a Queen and another Ace giving me a high two pair. He was going ALL IN from the start which had to be a bluff because he drew 3 cards meaning he only had two 7's or even worse two 3's..... And yes I only had two 5's initially but sometimes I will call and see what he does he bet small, so I went ALL IN and then he followed suit which told me he had nothing... So after we drew our cards and I pulled the aces and fives two pair I went after it hoping he didn't get 3 of a kind... The funny part is I got a little nervous that he nailed 3 of a kind and I wanted to stop betting and just call, but then I said to myself 'nah he only has like two 7's and two 3's' LOL AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HE HAD!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 @Crash7
Crash7
Yeah some of his bets are strange to say the least. I've seen him that 99 on seven card stud and then I bet it after the next card and he drops.
Rickster8
This game really intrigues me in that back in 1979 they had the tech to make a card game that knew optimal times to bluff and does it VERY well.. But at the same time in a 5 card draw game Blockhead doesn't seem to realize that if NO CARDS are taken that generally means the player has atleast a STRAIGHT, possible FLUSH and maybe even was dealt a FULL HOUSE.... He has a pair and draws three, but still raises the guy who took NO CARDS in the draw....????? 🤷♂️ So on the one hand the game is ingenious with the bluffing, but also dumb as 💩 at the same time..... Such Inty fun....

Rickster8
More funny Blockhead shit..... I only drew one card and landed an 8 which gave me a FULL BOAT. I was betting huge from the beginning and Blockhead kept raising me with a pair of 4's...... 🤣🤣🤣 @Crash7 But then a little bit later he crushed me with 4 JACKS!!!! 🥺 What was hilarious about this was he bet '1' dollar. Playing it cool so I wouldn't fold,,,, HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA Edited August 8 by Rickster8
Rickster8
This hand was absolutely hilarious.... We we're playing 5 card stud and he must have started with two 2's... I'm guessing because he eventually folded after betting his head off.... Okay so I believe he started with 2-2 and I had 10 ACE. He then gets a King and I get another 10 so I've got a pair of 10's and I believe he has 2's... He then draws nothing important and I get a 9 which isn't important just yet, but it becomes very important. Meanwhile we are both betting the SKY. Pot is well over $1,000. Yes at this point it's possible he could have 2 Kings, but I could also have 2 ACES. Final card he get's another nothing card I can a second NINE and they are both showing... I continue to bet $99 and even though he should have been POT committed at this point he makes a terribly mad face and folds. I win $1,500 with two pair in a 5 card stud game.... HAHAHHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Whatta BLOCKHEAD!!!!!!! 🤪
