Yes.

 

the only games that don’t are Turbo Arcade and Elevator Agent.

Is there any multicast yet that these two games run on?

I am assuming you mean Multi-Cart. The answer is no. The only way to play these right now is in Stella or to buy the full cart and play on real hardware. 

 

There are some new Harmony Cart's and or add-ons being developed that would allow you to play them on Harmony but they are hardware add-on that you would have to buy. There are details in the forum in it's own thread.
