@TrickyMoon I think it's something wrong with the .cfg files...

Hi @aotta

Looking at Backgammon, the cfg looks ok. When I try to select this game, same thing happens. Any other thoughts on what could cause?

Thanks!!

[mapping]
$0000 - $1FFF = $5000 ; 8K to $5000 - $6FFF
$2000 - $2FFF = $D000 ; 4K to $D000 - $DFFF
$3000 - $3FFF = $F000 ; 4K to $F000 - $FFFF

the number of flashes between the longer pause is the code error, please report it

It's just the same single flash and a long pause.

Ah, hang on. Demon Attach and DigDug just worked...

Most ROMs aren't working so, like you said I assume it's the .cfg, is there any resource for what the mappings should be?

i'll not check the single cfg files, but you'll find all needed info here:

Just be sure to have "0.cfg" file in root directory, and that all games with config different from the 0.cfg one have their config with the EXACT SAME NAME that .bin name but with the .cfg suffix.

Oh, and a little FYI for everybody. All .ROM-files can be converted to bin+cfg. Download JZIntv for Windows here: http://spatula-city.org/~im14u2c/intv/

Unpack it to a folder, and in that folder you will find a subfolder named BIN. In there you have rom2bin.exe. Drag .rom-files to that .exe-file (or drag the .exe file to the .rom-file? Can't remember) - anyway it will create a bin+cfg for your .rom-game. You can also do it from cmd - just type rom2bin gamename.rom

Easy-peasy!

Hello... I'm doing something wrong.
I'm using Windows 11 and following your instructions... I don't think it generates any bin file nor cfg file.
Does it work on Windows 11?
Where are the files supposedly generated?

If you put rom2bin.exe and yourgame.rom in the same folder, run "rom2bin yourgame.rom" at a command line without the quotes, it should give you error messages if it doesn't work.

I’ve found that the Pirto doesn’t get along with the Super System 3. I’ve had 3 different super system users have compatibility issues with games not loading or garbled data. I’ve got a super system 3 coming from eBay soon and I’ll do some research here to finally confirm.

Yes, other users reported issues with original games on Super Pro System with INTV II Exec chip (but homebrew ones and Gorf and Yars reported as working). I tested Pirto II with Inty classic, II, Secam, Pal, Super Video Arcade, but I don't have a Super Pro to perform further tests  and fix it

INTV Corp games work on my Super Pro with the INTV II EXEC chip as long as it has a CFG file.

Mattel Classics do not.

Rev/IntelligentVision homebrews like Striker Bowling and Space Invaders work.

Yars Revenge works.

Oscar's latest Pumpkin Bakery works.

GORF does not.

But all of these games, with the same PIRTO or PiRTO II cart, work in my Sears unit no problem.

Mine works now the the purple clone.  I could only find them on ebay.  Is there a list of games that fully work with the cart?  The original ones?  If there is a premade rom pack for this let me know.  If someone has one to share thanks.  Or I can help make a full pack.
