Tool to check Skunkboard with USB ports?

After doing a quick search on the forum I found @cubanismo work while he was putting together a new revision of the skunkboard a few years back.  I bought one of these at the time, but the discussion of building a driver and tool for USB flash drives completely flew under my radar for some reason.  It's great 

 

Below is the github for the source , and here is the thread that has posts talking about the program (this first forum link goes to the post in the thread that has instructions, the second post goes to cubanismo's last upload build of the program in that thread).  You will need to dig a bit to get all the information that was sprinkled in this thread over time.
