dgrams2000
based on their small to large track record, I would guess a full size Atari 400, but would like an ST since I never used those before. But... from what I understand, the ST was the 'cheaper' version of Amiga games... so maybe I'm not interested....? What do you all think? carlsson
RGL just announced a ZX Spectrum console, so neither Atari 8-bit nor ST this time.
THX-1138
Maybe a 400 or XL/XE fullsize next year after the Amiga fullsize. I owned both but kept the ST, it had many great games - maybe Amiga had the edge on some of those, but it wasn't all about games. The ST was an all-round better computer IMHO, had a great desktop (GEM) and lots of good software. I used mine to run CP/M software that I needed to learn for work, later I upgraded the memory and installed a PC board add-on which let it run DOS and PC software. Eventually at work we used MegaST systems to run Mac software. They were also used in the music industry.
