MBP stand-alone side card

So, a couple of years ago I built a MBP stand-alone side card based on a documentation link that I had.  It's in the attic somewhere.  I cannot find the link to the doc.  If I recall correctly someone sent it to me from AtariAge.  I really don't want to dig the hand wired card out as I don't know what box it is in.

 

So, does anyone remember where it was.  I thought it was in a Micropendium issue, but I looked through my digital copies and could not find it.

based in the original MBPII manual, it mentions the design was originally by New Jersey North group, so maybe scan thru their newsletters on WHTech:
