The "Super Mario Eclipse" mod for Super Mario Sunshine is an ambitious fan project that expands and enhances the original game significantly. This mod introduces new playable characters, including Luigi and Piantissimo, and adds a variety of new environments, missions, and secrets. It also features an expanded story, new abilities like super jumps, and new mechanics such as a magic paintbrush. The mod even restores some beta content from the original game, like the previously unused "Tramplin' Stu" enemy. With a fully interconnected Isle Delfino, original music, and several new courses to explore, "Super Mario Eclipse" aims to offer a fresh and enriched experience for fans of the classic GameCube title. Generating the Super Mario Eclipse ISO requires a patch (download it here,) and an original NTSC Super Mario Sunshine iso file.
