I´ve been there for the whole week, but had nearly no chance to leave our booth.

So the most pics are from Hall 10.2 only, the retro area.

First, some pics from arrival and buid up.

Here we go

So the conclusion for me now is, GamesCom 2025 will have me, and a TI-99/4A  🥰

Have not asked yet, but I am almost sure I will be able to get this managed.

I hope you liked it, and no, I don´t wear glasses

They had a retro computing corner with Amiga and C64, so it should be possible to have a TI-99/4A there next time. I am sure with all the demos and new software we can^h^h^h will impress quite some people.

It is up to the boss of our booth here, and he don´t likes computers. Arcade and Pinball only.

Yes, it won't be in the pinball/arcade booth. There is a dedicated one for retro computing, as I understood.

I had a less violent procedure in mind. 🙂

The GamesCom should have something like an Organizing Committee, and they are the ones to decide whether or not to have a corner for retro computing, and also the ones to accept applications for a booth. We'll see next time. We should, however, have an eye for the deadlines.

Did I miss something?

You did. There were two nice ladies that came by and had the most competitive game of Blasto--once they discovered that the best points score was gained by blowing each other up. They were squealing with glee each time one of them blew the other one up. They were so happy blasting each other out of existence that they were totally flushed by the time the game was over. . .definitely a pair of Blasto Girls!
