macsonny
Hi All, I have a really nice MEGA 4 system but a few of the keys on the keyboard are becoming less and less responsive. I've pulled the keyboard apart and given a good clean. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks
SledDog
So many of the MEGA keyboards actually use Cherry MX Black switches which are still available. You can solder in replacements. It's an "easy" soldering job as far as difficulty.

BJolly
The information & suggestions in the Atari Forum topic listed in my last post helped me to sort out the keys on my Mega ST keyboard that were not very responsive. Basically massage them and tap em back to life! Or/and possibly try a drop of deoxit after removing the keycap.

I like the deoxit and massage ideas, maybe even some electronics/switch cleaner (use something safe for plastics) just know it's an option as a last resort. Do the simplest things that work first! Sounds like a plan. Thanks for the advice 🙂
