nicksterwixter
I love how Bushnell has been doing the rounds with the new Atari...it feels like he's giving his stamp of approval for Wade Rosen's revitalization of the company 4 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/373916-atari-at-52-w-ethan-sterns-chris-kohler-tim-lapetino-nolan-bushnell-prge-2024-portland-retro-gaming-expo/#findComment-5550027 Share on other sites

Metal Ghost
Thanks for sharing @PowerDubs! I’ll definitely have to watch this. I was lucky enough to hear Nolan speak on a panel at GameFest at the Smithsonian, I think going back to 2012 (damn, it doesn’t fell like that long ago!). Ken Levine was even there! It was great….i was so excited. 1 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/373916-atari-at-52-w-ethan-sterns-chris-kohler-tim-lapetino-nolan-bushnell-prge-2024-portland-retro-gaming-expo/#findComment-5550354 Share on other sites

He has done several public talks with Wade and the new team. He is on the advisory board. He said to Wade that he wants to see Atari become a billion dollar company again. 1 Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/373916-atari-at-52-w-ethan-sterns-chris-kohler-tim-lapetino-nolan-bushnell-prge-2024-portland-retro-gaming-expo/#findComment-5550377 Share on other sites

The fact that he didn't do this when Jack Tramiel or Bruno Bonnell were in charge (Fred doesn't even deserve a mention ), but is doing it with Wade tells me that he really believes that Wade is going to be the one to bring Atari back to the top of the gaming industry, man I can't wait to see what the next couple of years have in store for us.
