I would like to know the intensities that this box consumes on 5 volts and 12 and -12 volts, or if you have a photo of the power supply box label

Note that the Part number (WM113) is really important, as that also determines which part of the connector each voltage is attached to (there are several variants, as @acadiel discovered by accident many years ago).

Jim thanks for the additional information, I always look at the circuit before making a power cord.

I just needed to know the consumption of 5 Volts
