I ordered one on August 31 2024 and have not gotten any E-mails about it being shipped or shipping soon. If and When they do ship will I get a E-Mail asking where to ship my SGM and providing a place to pay for the shipping costs? scottz29 Posted November 30 Share Posted November 30 (edited) Eduardo is extremely busy at the moment, he is shipping games for the Super Game Club, and also in the middle of building out a new website. Trust me that eventually you will get a notification and invoice for the shipping cost. They are a very small company, and Eduardo is doing the lion's share of the work himself. Have patience, you will be notified eventually. Also, Eduardo does check in here from time to time, but you will have much better luck contacting him directly on the Opcode Facebook group. You won't be disappointed, their products are worth the wait! Relying on a Facebook group to communicate with customers in 2024 is simply not the way to go, IMO. If you don't have an account (which I do not) I am locked out of the "group" and therefore I do not receive whatever news or messaging that they choose to post there. Opcode (Eduardo & Grazi) and the fine folks at CollectorVision provide a tremendous service for the retro-gaming community and both companies are responsible for keeping the ColecoVision dream alive. We wouldn't be here today doing what we love to do without them. Still, as these companies continue to grow and diversify, they need to make significant improvements to the back-end ordering/shipping side of their businesses for them to reach the next level. I thought they communicated exclusively through email until a friend set me straight about their Facebook group that I had no idea existed, which apparently Eduardo posts to regularly! I have a FB account, but I rarely used it, so now I use it to keep up with retro stuff pretty much exclusively and not much else. So, it sounds like most of the communication is through there as you said. That said, I sent Eduardo an Facebook IM a long time ago and he never replied, so...who knows?
