Maarten Martens
Hi, I've been an avid Atari fan since forever. Always had an Atari ST. Now recently acquired a Jaguar! And yesterday I bought an Atari Lynx II . I paid $50 for it. It's brand new and comes with a sealed game, Super Skweek. I know its pretty pricy (paid the same amount for the jag, also brand new) but did I make a good deal here? And how is Super Skweek? Is it fun to play? Any other recommendations? I would like to have Shadow of the Beast and California Games (played that one on a Lynx I years ago, just loved the BMX racing!) Cheers,
Noble Kale
congrats on your purchase of a lynx. I have california games, and it's really quite good. I also recommend: Double Dragon & Turbo sub Happy Gaming, Kale
animallyson
Klax, Shanghai and Rygar are simply smashing as well :-)
glitch
Congrats, I'm sure you'll love it Super Skweek is a fun game and very challenging yet simple to learn. The best games I've found for the lynx are Awesome Golf, Rygar, Battlezone 2000, Warbirds, and Xenophobe as well as many others. If you get a chance to pick up any of them I don't think you'll be disappointed. Enjoy your new system.
ataribob
You really want to enjoy the games Get the Mod 1 Lynx. It's built like a tank and sounds like a boom box
Ze_ro
Aside from what everyone else has already been mentioned, some other great games include: Chip's Challenge, Xybots, Blockout, Checkered Flag, Blue Lightning, S.T.U.N. Runner, and Todd's Adventure In Slime World. Somehow, I think Super Skweek is a bit of a dissapointment. It's fun, but somehow not as addictive as I would have thought. --Zero
