some variations not listed in the 2600 rarity guide

I noticed some variations are not listed in the rarity guide (blue demon attack being one) but if you click on "blue" the game shows up in the list. I think the blue ghostbusters also didnt show up.

Thanks for pointing this out. I found two blue-label titles that weren't showing up in the Rarity Guide, Demon Attack and Moonsweeper. I've fixed the problem, so they're both now visible..
