+Atarius Maximus
Just thought I'd share the label art that I made for my latest few hacks. Albert's making the carts for me, and I'm going to slap the labels on when I receive them (these are low res images of the originals). I'll post some pics of the carts after I attach the labels. neotokeo2001
Very Nice!!!! Is that original art on the Dragster? Are you going to offer these hacks for sale?
+Atarius Maximus
Very Nice!!!! Thanks! Is that original art on the Dragster? No. The background image of the road and the "Drag Race" letters are original, however the car image was swiped from the 'net. Since I'm not going to be selling these for profit, I'm not going to worry about copyrights. The Pitfall trainer image is from the INTV Pitfall box, and the SpyBob image was lifted from a Hudson Hawk video game box. Are you going to offer these hacks for sale? Nope, but you can have Albert make them for you for $10 each (with no labels). Here are the links to the high resolution images of the labels above, suitable for printing (get 'em now, I've only got 20MB of space on my website, they won't be there forever!) http://www.steveengelhardt.com/dragrace_label.zip http://www.steveengelhardt.com/pitfalltrai...ainer_label.zip http://www.steveengelhardt.com/spybob_label.zip
Susuwatari
I'd love to give that Pitfall trainer a whirl. I've played Pitfall for years and I just simply can't live long enough to actually solve it. I have the walkthrough map but it's no good when I die frequently. Brad2600
If it's not too much to ask, is there a place where I can find screenshots of any of these games? And suppose someone doesn't have the proper printer, is it possible to pay a little more for Al to print out a label along with the cart? Just wondering. +Atarius Maximus
@Kepone: I can post a few screenshots later when I get the time...but if you do a search for Drag Race and SpyBob you'll find other threads with screenshots. I'll take a quick look after I post this and see if I can locate them. Pitfall Trainer looks just like regular pitfall, except I removed the timer and lives remaining, since they were no longer necessary. Albert will likely not be able to print the labels for you, I'm sure he uses a much more expensive paper than I do, and it would probably not be cost efficient to print only one label on a single sheet. If you're willing to pay the cost of the sheet, he may do it. He'll have to answer....Albert?
+Atarius Maximus
Ah, I found threads with screenshots. Scroll down about halfway to find a screenshot of Drag Race in this thread: http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.p...light=drag+race Here's the SpyBob Thread: http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.p...ighlight=spybob

However, they are still printed on a glossy paper but simply cut out by hand and then glued to the cart. This still results in great looking labels (the printing will more or less look the same), just not quite as polished as our normal labels. ..Al
ATARI TROLL
Very nice looking Mr Maximus. Gives me a little direction to go with my hacked to pieces pitfall. Cheers
