joshk
I collect NTSC carts, but I picked up a Pal version of Wizards of Wor with some other carts that I wanted. I was wondering if anyone might have any info on this game. I was thinking about posting it on Ebay, but it is interesting cart and was just trying to find some history. Pitfall Harry
I'm not sure what it is you're looking for in the way of history. But if you are looking for general information about the game, try looking here. The above link will take you to the AtariAge page for the NTSC version of Wizard of Wor. Be sure to check out the mini-icons on that page which link to other pages showing a cartridge label scan, screenshot, game instructions and other related facts. Undoubtedly, there is very little (if any) difference in gameeplay between the PAL and the NTSC releases of your game. However, most PAL games when played on NTSC equipment display onscreen colors which differ somewhat from the colors displayed by their NTSC counterparts. A PAL game may also cause the vertical hold of your NTSC TV to become unstable, which may cause the screen to roll if your TV cannot automatically adjust for it.
