MegaManFan
You know you bought too much s#%t when.. .. the check-in counter for your flight says your luggage is 11 pounds overweight! No freakin' kidding. I didn't even know a weight limit EXISTED!! List to be posted once I've had more time to unpack and recoup.
Osmeroid
I think that I went a little crazy again.... Bargains O' the Day were the two systems I picked up - a Coleco & a 6-switch Tele-Games 2600 both in working order for $5 each!! Picked up some commons for my first ever Coleco and a couple of more uncommon carts, BC's Quest I & Junior Jumpman, the latter is a REALLY lame title tho'. Best of my 2600 buys were a complete Lost Luggage for $10 and a complete, mint condition Stellar Track (pic lable cart at that!) for $10 too!!!!! I also managed to get the bizarre, blue Tron joystick - my first purchase at PC5. I also have finally managed to buy a copy of Thrust w/ footpedal - can't wait to get that back home. I actually spent about 40% of all my cash at the AA booth and still left without many of the titles I wanted from Al. My non-game, game-related buys were Aimee's rendition of Frostbite Bailey - that painting is bee-U-tiful! (no idea how I'm going to get it home safely) and a near-perfect, boxed Atari cart library from Curt. Philly is a proverbial Aladdin's Cave for Atari - you never do really know what you might find there.... like a bunny ear-creatin' Nebraskan! MegaManFan
Guilty as charged, although the package I send +should+ help make up for that prank.
rogueleader
This was my first PC. Very happy with everything that I beat my friend to. He was there too and got way more than me. I don't even want to think about how much money we spent combined. Way too much, but hey it was worth it. I got: Atari 2600 Frogger II: Threedeep Tax Avoiders Congo Bongo Star Trek: Stategic whatchamacallit Borg Wars Hack My friend got tons more rare stuff: Snoopy and Red Barron Atari Video Cube Star Wars the Arcade Game (of which I am extremely jealous) Tons more stuff I can't remember Oh yeah and someone who I have a strong feeling reads this board sold him a copy of Bachelor Party when I had my back turned. I want to know who you are and why you chose him of all the people there! LOL I was pretty good with my spending untill I blew everything I had left on a Vectrex at the auction. But I am very happy with it.
