Mindfield
I've got a Vulture Attack that should be arriving in the mail in the next day or two and had planned to auction it off, but I thought I'd see if there's anyone here who'd just like to grab it instead of bid for it. No good pics yet 'til it arrives, but the label is intact, though does have some Actiplaque on it. If anyone is interested you can post an offer here or in PM, whichever you prefer, otherwise I'll probably stick it up for auction.

oesii
Looks good but which birds on the screen are the Steelers and which are the Eagles?
Mindfield
Incidentally, I'm primarily interested in selling rather than trading since I have some auctions I'd like to clear out.

MegaManFan
Who even knows what the right price is for one of these? I'm interested but I don't even know ballpark. Probably out of my range anyway, but I'd love to know just the same.

Mindfield
Well, first of all, no offense, but how much I bid on what and why is entirely up to me, and if no one outbids me then I'd consider that a win fair and square. After that what I want to do with it is entirely up to me. I frequently buy dupes either to replace some of my own poor labels or to put with systems to sell as a package. Same difference. It's what keeps me in new carts and money for myself. But speaking of which, if you must know, I have a few of my own auctions I'd like to pay for, and I need to take the rest out of my PayPal account because I need the money. Finances are pretty tight at the moment and sometimes I have to sell stuff just to get by -- I sold every last one of my carts above an R6 over the last few months, not to mention countless systems I used to collect for because of that, and right now I'm doing what I can to prevent having to sell the main systems I collect for and really don't want to sell. If I found this at a thrift shop for a hell of a lot cheaper than I paid for it then I'd still be doing the same thing, the only difference being that I'd have beat someone to the find instead of outbidding someone on an auction. That, and I'd have made a lot more on it if I'd only paid a few bucks for it. The fact is I can sometimes afford to shell out for a rare cart if the price is right, but I can't afford to keep it -- much as I'd absolutely love to, especially since this is the rarest cart I've ever had. AtariLeaf
DP lists that game at $125 loose so you could technically double your money. Good luck with it!
Mindfield
DP lists that game at $125 loose so you could technically double your money. Good luck with it! That seems about right. The last one went for very close to that, so I'd say that's a fair assessment.
BTHOTU
LOL I was the second highest bidder on it, but it was in very nice condition.
FND
That label can probably be cleaned with LINDER Stamp-Gum Remover and LINDER Mildew Stain Remover. Here is a label I fixed showing the three steps using this product, It did not come out perfect but it was a definite improvement FND
Mindfield
Wow, that's a definite improvement. Did you remove the label to do that? Are there any brand alternatives? I don't think they have that brand north of the border...
FND
Yes, The label had to be removed that label was actually under another K-TEL label, was not that difficult using a hair dryer. The Lindner Stamp Care supplies are available in Canada through there Canadian Subsitiary listed below but I just checked the price and it has gone up quite alot since I did this a few years ago, I remember paying like 20.00 for all three chemicals when they were running a special but it looks like the price is more than double that now. I don't think it would be worth the cost now unless you could buy it on sale Here is there Canadian Subsidiary Canada UNITRADE ASSOCIATES Mr. Casa 99 Floral Parkway Toronto, Ontario M6L 2C4 Tel: (416) 242 5900 Fax: (416) 242 6115 Email: unitrade@unitradeassoc.com Homepage: www.unitradeassoc.com FND
