Marc Oberhäuser
Hi, nothing about the EURO 2004 yet? Ok, here we go: http://www.zdf.de/ZDFde/download/0,1896,2001431,00.mp3 May the better team win:) Marc. PS: I wonder if we are more successful than at EURO 2000 (1 Point, 1 Goal)
Thomas Jentzsch
I don't expect anything, just like two years ago. And Brazil is not playing this time.
pongbeat
I bet for France (my country) but there is Portugal as challenger and England and Italia (who didn't win any competition since a long time)! But for Germany i think they rebuilt their team actually! I expect a great competition this year!
Thomas Jentzsch
Wow, what a match! At the very end Zidane made the difference again. I wonder who the English will lynch tonight, Beckham or their goalie?

Marc Oberhäuser
Man, that was hard for the Tommies! But as a Bayern Munich fan I was some kind of pleased after the 2-1 by Zidane, reminds me of the horrible 2-1 match Manchester-Bayern in 2001 (?). Marc. You have just lost a lot of my respect.

www.atarimania.com
Simply incredible! France played very poorly, how the hell did England lose? Croatia and Switzerland were appalling, England should go through if they recover from the nightmare... -- Atari Frog http://www.atarimania.com

pongbeat
As usual Barthez give us the match! But for sure it has been very hot for us! The froggies have simply a good mental!
Thomas Jentzsch
As usual Barthez give us the match! Also the penalty was shot quite badly. Beckham and Barthez played for the same team for years, so IMO it was a (too) high risk that Beckham shot the penalty.

Yes they have played in the same team but i think the penalty was not so bad...Barthez has always be good on penalty! My favorite football team is the great Olympique de Marseille and since he came back in january, Barthez have succeed a lot of time on penalty! Marco
Germany - Holland could go either way. I'm afraid our 'stars' will fail at their finest hour though, again. Untill then: Cheers, Marco
Cybergoth
Hi there! Germany - Holland could go either way. Yeah, can't wait. (I really hope it's a good & fair match not overshadowed by some stupid hooligans killing each other...) BTW: Anyone know about the movie "Kick it like Beckham"? I guess it won't have a sequel that soon...

But don't forget for us...we won during the 2 last minutes against England so everything is possible! Come on Mr Davids and Van Nistelrooy... pongbeat
A good match, very pleasant to watch with a normal result but the second half is for Netherland! congrats guys!
Marc Oberhäuser
I am quite optimistic in meeting with the Hollands in the final:) Good game, I was surprised by our team. Marc.
Marco
I thought it was a terrible game. We, especially, were horrible. I didn't quite understand the Germans: if they had pushed a little harder, they would have easily beaten us. I think Germany paid the price for rather fearful football (and I think Völler knows that). This might develop into an interesting group, where the results against Latvia may be decisive (I think Czechia will beat both Holland and Germany...). Oh well, time for regular life again Cheers, Marco

I suppose they where surprised by their own game. But why does Holland almost always play below its potential?
