I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that AtariAge wasn't there, and not knowing about any of the drama, I started asking around, thinking it was very curious that the largest producer of Atari cartridges didn't a booth there. Didn't get much info out of anybody, other than the fact that there's some dispute between them and the Digital Press guys. Damn.... HOW FUCKING SIXTH GRADE CAN WE GET? The classic videogame community is not big enough for stupid, petty shit like this. I was kinda appalled that they wouldn't put aside their differences to show up at the largest classic gaming event in the country. I was wondering why there were no CGE announcements on the front page of AtariAge, and now I know. Sheeesh... Yeah, I thought AA was gonna be here, but I was disappointed when I found out they weren't there. I really wanted some new homebrews... That's cool, you'll have to tell us how the Arcade is doing there! Also their Arcade Tokens look really cool! I have an arcade token collection, and I'd have to say the Beach Boardwalk's looks pretty nice compared to some other ones I have! They have a "Classic Corner", and they also have classic machines scattered throughout the arcade. I took some video of the "Classic Corner", which I'm sure MMF will post at some point. We had a lot of fun while there - especially the beach itself. Although the water was B-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R-R cold! CPUWIZ was definitely right - it was well worth our time to take the trip down there!
