While neither's 100%, both will give you a more specific idea of what games are worth and roughly what you should be paying for them. :wink:

 

Consider just about any game under a 6 to be pretty common.

what would you say a complete in box game from rarity 1-3 area should cost? 5-7? what would a 5-6 loose cart cost? that sort of thing, i'm just looking for a rough price range. i'd like to watch myself on ebay, i know prices are ridiculous but, i'd like to know i'm not getting too out of control while bidding on slightly rarer items.

They're all over the place. CIB games sell for anywhere from $5 to $3000 depending on what it is. The magazine would help you a lot with prices as it is a good guide and makes the distinction between loose and complete.
