mkohary
Hello all. I've just downloaded the new PCAEWin 2.6, but can't get my standard Gravis 4-button gamepad to function with it. I have followed the documentation and set things up correctly in Interfaces | Configure. The dialogue box even recognizes gamepad movements and button presses, so I can see the gamepad being recognized. However, when I go to play a game, nothing. No movement from the gamepad at all, and it's driving me nuts because I can't think what might be wrong. I have enabled all 3 interfaces on the menu, so that's not the problem either. I'm using WinXP, if that makes any difference. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike
IceCold
I have the same exact problem with my gravis gamepad pro usb. I haven't found what's wrong with it, and if you find an answer please email me at abcfriedyabc@aol.com.
Kaliman
Sorry to post this same thing twice. But nobody seems to know the answer. Is it working for someone? Not for me with different joysticks or different computers.
i_am_timmy
My gravis gamepad pro usb 's work just fine. The interface configuration for PCAEWIN is a bit confusing and counter-intuitive, but they work fine for me once set up correctly.
Boggle
My gravis gamepad pro usb 's work just fine. The interface configuration for PCAEWIN is a bit confusing and counter-intuitive, but they work fine for me once set up correctly. I, too, have a gravis gamepad (10 button). PCAEWIN recognizes it. However, with a game such as Combat, I can't get my tank to move. How did you configure PCAEWIN? Did you use the software provided with the gamepad to get it to work? I haven't yet since I haven't had any problems using it so far (w/o the software) on other emulators.
