You copy over the files for the Visual bB zip file to whatever folder you've decided batari BASIC should reside in.  For me, I dumped bB, VisualbB and Stella files into a folder called C:\BB and the ran C:\bB\VisualbB.exe to finish the process.

 

Atari Dev Studio is a better option for batari BASIC coding.  Maybe try that first.
