Ruffsta
ok, i will admit, that getting into programming for the atari 2600 is probably out of my league, HOWEVER... i will also say it's something that i REALLY would like to try (since i've always wanted to make games... not for the atari at first, but here i am and really want to give it a fair try)! i am a visual learner (that's what i've been told), anyways... looking for someone to work with me through either msn or aim. if interested leave a reply... otherwise i see no need to leave one. thanks in advance. +Random Terrain
How are you at simple BASIC programming? As I said in another thread, there is a BASIC you can use to make Atari 2600 games: http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showforum=65 It's still growing, so you can't make the greatest games with it yet, but you will within a year or two when we are able to have multi-colored sprites and so on. SeaGtGruff is working on a tutorial, but it isn't done yet. Until then you could check out this page and see if it helps any: http://www.randomterrain.com/atari-2600-me...c-commands.html Edited December 17, 2007 by Random Terrain Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/80820-personal-tutor/#findComment-985831 Share on other sites
