Cybergoth
Hi there! One possible solution (before scraping it completely) might be iconizing the globe: Greetings, Manuel
Bruce Tomlin
What graphics hardware does the original arcade use? This looks like it would be a great choice for a ColecoVision port. In fact, I thought it actually was a ColecoVision screen at first! It looks like the planet was dithered to work within the color-per-tile and palette limitations of the TMS9918. Cybergoth
Hi there! What graphics hardware does the original arcade use? It's dedicated Taito hardware I think. It was used for a variety of Arcades, Elevator Action and Jungle Hunt being the most popular I guess. Here's some info about it: http://www.system16.com/hardware.php?id=634 This looks like it would be a great choice for a ColecoVision port. I'm not too familiar with the Coleco hardware, but I think the scrolling of the scramble-esque stages would be the only thing providing a bigger challenge (well, Cosmic Avenger does that acceptably I think). Other than that the game should be a good choice for a Coleco conversion Greetings, Manuel
