I'm looking to make a simple sprite edit of Chip's Challenge, but been unable to find any tools that are capable of reading the Lynx graphics format. I'm looking for something similar to Tile Layer Pro that will allow me to simply edit the game's tiles as needed. I'm unsure of whether the graphics are compressed or not, but I don't have the means to find out. If any of you could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
