WTB/TF A working Astrocade

Hello,

 

I finally got around to hooking up my prized Astrocade (Montgomery Ward's edition), and the dang thing doesn't work! I need another one that does. I do not care if it is ugly, dirty, missing everything but the power supply; if it works, I want it. I have controllers, cables, etc, but would like the power supply to be included. Just to let you know, I will be taking it apart and using the guts in mine..

 

If you have a spare to trade, let me know. I will trade some rare Astrocade games for it, or can pay cash. Might trade some boxed Atari stuff for it too. Email me if you have one you would part with.

This might be because I'm British, but - what IS an astrocade?? They're a Bally thing aren't they?

I have a Bally Arcade. (they look alike and I was told they are the same)

 

I have no controllers (otherwise I would have sold it).

 

I bought it on eBay for $5.00 (buy it now).

 

It has the original power, but the casing for the plug is cracked and taped. works.

 

I also have about 8 games or so.

 

I just bought 1 controller on eBay last night ($9.99 buy it now - heh, twice as much as the system)
