odyssey / videopac

i want to make a sram cartridge for my videopac, but are there differences between videopac / odyssey roms or pal / ntsc /secam roms ?

 

and i noticed that with 4k games the CE goes to OE and P10 goes to CE to the rom (why ?)

compared it with a 2732 eprom.

 

and knows sombody a site where i can download videopac+ roms for the videopac G7400 (is that the odyssey 2 ??)
