vectrex bag cleaning

bleach. And if it doesn't work, try peroxide and ammonia mixed together. Mix them 1:1:5 with water. Use it right away. The Exothermic reaction may help. The ammonia will release the bond of the dirt and mold from the material, and the peroxide will bleach it out.

Don't worry, it won't explode. We use this to clean silicon, albiet at higher concentrations than you can find at the drugstore.

Test it on similar material first. Don't know what it will do the fabric.

well, it's more like a nylon type

than a cloth type canvass.

so I could try dry cleaning.

I thought about bleach but,

I don't want the logo to fade.

I might the peroxide-amonia idea,

that sounds like it could work.

I got this for $30.00 with my

vectrex and 3 games.

I don't think that I'll sell it.

I like it too much to give it up.

To get out the mold stains, you can carefully use oxy clean spot remover, but before you do, test a small area inside the bag in an inconspicuous place to make sure it will not overclean. Even if you don't get it cleaned, that is an awesome bag. Wish I had one. :lust:
