While IS2 is my current favorite, I have to pick AVP as my all time favorite. Its hard to choose between AVP and Tempest, but back in 94 AVP was the most awesome gaming experience to me, and had a longer lasting effect.

How can you have a Jaguar poll without having Rayman on it? Since Rayman is not on it I'll go with AVP, but if it was it would be close.

I see AVP and Tempest 2000 are in the lead. Funny thing is that if you asked me back 'in the day' I would have said AVP for sure. But Tempest 2000 has just aged so much better.

Both games are great, hard to pick just one.

As you may recall, back "in the day" when these two games were released...

 

Spring 1994 - Tempest 2000 arrived right on time

 

while Alien Vs Predator was delayed/rescheduled several times, first announced in late '93 when the Jag arrived scheduled for early '94, then delayed until summer then delayed again until fall while the game was drastically changed from what they showed a year earlier. It finally was released in late August as I remember They should have released it quick (the jag was hurting for games it's first year) then released AvP II or AvP plus the next year.

 

also, I take a point off AvP for this... the alien's acid death graphic is always the same, I always wished they used more variety there

I've said this before but if I could go back in time and had the ability to change one thing for the Jag, it would be that once Tempest 2K came out that it become the pack in game for the Jaguar and replace Cybermorph.

 

What would have had? More people running out to get Jags with an awesome pack-in. I know people to this day that want nothing else but a Jaguar & Tempest 2K.

 

I would have also made Bubsy the spokes cat for the Jaguar.

Tempest 2000 is pure digital sex. There is simply nothing better.

I'll go with Alien vs. Predator. Tempest 2000 looked great, I thought gameplay was lacking without the spinner.

i went with tempest
